 and computer game company that was founded in 1987 by Randy MacLean and James Perkins. The company was later bought out by GT Interactive in 1996.

". FormGen charged that the Micro Star infringed its copyright on the derivative works through commercializing on the user-created map files. After appeal, FormGen won the case at the end.
