Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore is a highrise hotel complex building due to open in November 2011. The building's construction began back in 2007 and has gone through several changes. Developers originally planned the project as two towers, with a portion for residences. The hotel will now occupy just one of the towers, with the second being used as the Legg Mason Tower. A Residential component will be added in future years.
Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore will have a total of 256 spacious rooms, including 45 well-appointed suites. Located in the heart of Harbor East, the building offers a chic, five-star resort like getaway with unmatched views of the water. A short stroll to a variety of upscale shopping and dining, the hotel will offer the complete urban retreat.
Already referred to as “the crown jewel of Harbor East,” Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore is located at 200 International Drive, directly overseeing the harbor. The reception desk and the lobby are located on the ground floor. All the food and beverage facilities will be located to the right of the Front Desk and will have expansive views of the harbor through large bay windows. The function and meeting space will be located on the second and fourth floors. The function space includes the Grand Ballroom, the Cobalt Ballroom, eight meeting rooms and one Boardroom. The total function space, including the pre-function areas, offers over 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The Spa and Fitness Center are located on the fourth level.
LAMILL Coffee will be a casual yet sophisticated bistro serving breakfast and lunch. Specialty coffee and tea beverages, along with grilled sweet and savory pastries will be available for a light breakfast. Lunch will include sandwiches, salads and light appetizers for a quick bite. LAMILL will also feature outdoor seating during the summer months.

Wit & Wisdom, a modern steakhouse tavern by Michael Mina, will be the hotel’s signature restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant will also feature a bar area and patio seating during warmer months. The menu will offer grilled entrées served in cast iron skillets and meat and seafood cooked by rotisserie, wood fired grill, slow braised or baked.
