Students

Frederick High School's graduation rate has been steady over the past 12 years. In 2007 the school graduated 92.75%, the highest rate since 1993 when it reached 93.35%, up from a low of 90.65% in 2004.

Frederick High School is a very diverse high school. As of 2007, the school was 26% black, 59% white, 14.5% Hispanic, and 10% Asian. Also in 2007, 30% of the students receive free or reduced meals
and nearly 34% are enrolled in special education classes.

Frederick High School's baseball team won the 2009 state championship.
