Sega took full ownership in 2004, and in 2011, the company was sold to arcade industry veteran Steven Dooner and an investment group. In October of 2011, GameWorks acquired the assets of a several Jillian's Billiards Clubs in California, Washington, and Virginia. The company is now headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.
