and road cyclist
from New Zealand
who won an Olympic Bronze Medal. He finished third in the men's 4000m individual pursuit at the 1992 Olympic Games

. Anderson also won a total of 8 medals at the Commonwealth Games
. His success in his sport is all the more remarkable due to suffering from a heart defect which can make his heart race when under stress.
