For webmasters who prefer ad-free service, Gawab provides customized email packages that depend on actual disk usage, branded as Gawab's "Hard Disk Plan". The service has been unavailable from approximately 2nd June to 30th June, the unavailability being still ongoing as at 30th June; a notice posted 30th June by the firm explains that the replacement hardware has arrived, and that the service will be back soon.
