Biography
Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, Grigor grew up in Toronto and played junior with the local Young Rangers. He then played three years of senior hockey with the Toronto Dominions and Niagara Falls Brights. In 1939 he joined the EHL's Baltimore Orioles and recorded consecutive 20-goal seasons before joining the senior Toronto Marlboros. It was while Grigor was starring in the OHA senior A loop that he was recalled for a pair of games with Chicago. He managed to score a goal before he returned to regular job as a playmaker with the Toronto Staffords where he led the league in assists in 1943-44. Grigor played a few games for the Staffords in 1944-45 before hanging up his skates.Career statistics
