Georges Yatridès is a French-American artist
born in France in 1931. His work is held various North American private collections, and has been featured in retrospectives and art school events.

Yatridès made the large compositions that would characterize his art in the 1970s. In 1974 he had a retrospective exhibition. In 1981, he exhibited paintings inspired by the Bible in three crypts in the Sacré-Cœur in Paris

Thanks to YatridesArts.com, Yatridès has comes back into the art market in 2010 to unveil his two (2) last periods “Synthesis First” (1945–1988) – “Apodictic Synthesis Last” (1945–2009). These periods clearly demonstrate the consistency of his work from his beginnings in 1945 up to his apodictic period from 1977 to 1988 which concluded with an omnipresent spatial compression that takes control of time. Some collectors have used the term "apodictic" to describe this new school of which Yatridès is the only representative for the simple reason that he artistically transposed what he personally discovered at the C.E.N.G. (Grenoble Nuclear Research Center).
