State Route 50 is an east–west state route located in the southwestern part of the U.S. state
of Georgia
. The route travels from the Alabama
state line at Georgetown
east to State Route 520 in Dawson. It is cosigned
with U.S. Route 82
for its entire length.

east of Georgetown, the route continues east to Cuthbert

Despite being signed as a U.S. Highway, outside of Georgetown and Cuthbert, State Route 50 sees an Average Annual Daily Traffic of less than 5,000 vehicles.
