Toth attended Northern Arizona University
in Flagstaff, Arizona, where she competed on the women's track and field team, and graduated in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in business administration-finance and marketing.
Internationally, she finished fourth at the 16th African Athletics Championships in 2008. Toth holds the national record for Hungary and Cameroon in the weight toss with 19.69 m, and the national record for Cameroon in the hammer throw with 67.42 m. She was officially selected to represent Cameroon in Beijing by the Fédération Camerounaise d'Athlétisme on July 18, 2008, becoming the first woman hammer thrower to represent Cameroon in a Summer Olympics. She is also one of 10 athletes to have ever represented Northern Arizona University at the Olympic Games.
