. The song features rapper/producer Timbaland
and is lifted from the original motion picture soundtrack of Why Do Fools Fall in Love
(1998). It was the second single to be lifted from the soundtrack following Melanie B's debut single, "I Want You Back
". Produced by Timbaland, it peaked at number fifteen on the UK and Netherlands charts, and at number sixty on the German chart. The single was not commercially released in the U.S. and other major markets, It did receive some minor US Urban radio airplay, peaking at #63 on the US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart. The music video was directed by Earle Sebastian. The song was also featured on Destiny's Child's follow up album "The Writing's on the Wall
" (international edition) as a bonus track.
As with other Timbaland productions, the single features some unorthodox parts, including the sounds of birds (a similar technique was used in Aaliyah
's "Are You That Somebody?").
The song is one of Destiny's Child's less successful singles, but it was on the set list of their 2001/2002 world tour
.
