The Museum Leadership Institute (MLI) is the primary program of GLI at CGU. MLI is an “in-depth residential leadership
program designed both to enhance the leadership of experienced museum executives and strengthen their institutions' capabilities,” GLI at CGU also offers other professional development
programs beyond MLI, and convenes non-profit cultural leaders together to "pose, question and sometimes reframe issues of significance."
GLI at CGU's website also hosts the Compleat Leader a compendium of issues, articles and opinions of interest to the busy museum leader. A variety of topics are covered, including leadership
