, and was the first woman to be named to an NLL roster. Ginny dressed for three games but only played in one on April 13, 2003, becoming the first woman to play in a regular season NLL game, where she played 11 minutes of the season finale game against the Vancouver Ravens
. Capicchioni collected one loose ball and made seven saves while allowing six goals.
In 2004, Capicchioni played for the ill-fated Windsor Warlocks in Major Series Lacrosse
where she dressed for only five games. In 2005, Capicchioni played for the St. Clair Storm, a team in the OLA Senior B Lacrosse League
. Additionally, Ginny has played semi-professionally in Canada for a total of 7 years including stints with the Windsor Eagles of the QSLL and the Island Redmen of the Iroquois Lacrosse Association. In 2007, Ginny became the first American goaltender to start in the Presidents Cup
. As of 2009, Ginny is currently playing for the United States Indoor Lacrosse Developmental team.
