Glenn Daryl Ridge is an Australia

In the 80's he hosted a Bendigo Music Program called Breezin, 2 Ballarat children's television program's, Kids Only and Six's Super Saturday show and another 90 Minute Music Program Off The Record.
In April 1991, Ridge joined the Nine Network
as host of the prime time quiz show Sale of the Century
with co-host Jo Bailey
, taking over from Tony Barber
and Alyce Platt
. He held the role for 10 years making him the second-longest serving host of Sale of the Century in Australia.
He is well known in Australian motor racing circles for his interest in car racing, having competed in many tarmac events including Targa Tasmania
and Targa West
.
Glenn Ridge was involved in a famous skit called "Glengarry Glenn Ridge" on ABC's Late Show, which was basically a take off from the film Glengarry Glen Ross
. In the skit, Glenn tells the other characters to stop swearing so much.
