 and head-tracking functionality, Golden-i enables the user to carry out common computer functions whilst keeping their hands free.

Kopin Corporation are currently working with Motorola Solutions to evaluate bringing a version of Golden-i to market.

User Input

One of the unique aspects of Golden-i is the ability to control using voice control. This is enabled using Nuance's

Display

Golden-i uses a CyberDisplay® SVGA microdisplay manufactured by Kopin Corporation. This microdisplay is positioned near the user's eye (either right or left aligned).

Availability

Since March 2011, Golden-i has been available to registered developers at the Golden-i store. However, for 2012 Kopin are working with Motorola to evaluate further possibilities.
