. The film follows the story of Parvati, a rape victim who quests for justice, and comes to know that it is not such a simple task.

Sunita is asked to be the new Chief Minister and accepts. After the funeral the Police arrest Sanjay, hold him in a cell, and try him in court. Sunita's boyfriend, advocate Jaggan Sinha, whose brother, Raghu, is also a lawyer, represents Sanjay, examines the documentation, examines the witnesses as well as the complainant herself, and proves it before the Judge that the complaint was politically motivated by a journalist named Vidyarthi, and that alleged victim, Parvati Shastri, did not exhibit any signs of rape nor was there any proof of her involvement with Sanjay. The Judge concurs, and Sanjay is set free. Shortly thereafter, while the Archarya family celebrates Sanjay's release, Jaggan finds out that Sanjay did indeed abduct and rape Parvati. Jaggan decides to re-open the case, much to the chagrin of Sunita and her brother; she decides to represent Sanjay against Jaggan. Jaggan comes to know that she has been raped so he takes sare of Parvati. She becomes abnormal and this thing was not to be done by Jaggan for that girl and they get over to the dispute about the relationship between Jaggan and Sunita. The consequences Jaggan suffers for fighting a case represent the evidence is very interesting but Parvati gets the justice in the end of the story and all the misunderstanding overs between Jaggan and Sunita

Plot
