Granitsa is a village in the Ioannina peripheral unit in Greece

, it is in the area of Douskara. Its 2001 population was 187 for the village of which only 80 people lives all season long. The GR-6
(the old road Volos - Larissa - Ioannina - Igoumenitsa) runs to the north and the new Via Egnatia
highway runs to the south.
