Napear is on the board of the Future Foundation of Sacramento, a foundation providing college scholarships for disadvantaged youth. He's hosted a benefit golf tournament for the foundation since 1995. He currently lives in El Dorado Hills, California
with his wife, Starr Napear, & two sons Trent and Chase.
