When The Rick Emerson Show
moved from AM 970 afternoons, the morning show on Rock 101 KUFO, Greg was brought on as the Production Assistant. It was during this time that he became the "sports guy" for the morning show and created a segment called Ball Talk. After The Rick Emerson Show

Career
Before entering entertainment professionally, Greg held several different jobs in various industries. In college, he worked at the Albany Paper Mill, in Albany, Oregon. Post college, he has held jobs as a Sales Representative for a uniform company and also worked as a Marketing Director in the pool industry.Bands
Since moving to Portland, Greg has been a part of the rock music scene, playing bass and singing in such bands as Princes Of Parliament, Distracted, Freelance Terrorists and most notably Courage. After releasing three albums and one music video for Rock And Roll Rodeo, Courage stopped touring regularly a few years ago. However, they do frequently reunite for reunion shows. The band concept is similar to Spinal Tap, in that the show and band is half about music and half about the stage performance, in which Greg plays a character named Russel Spanker III.Radio
Greg was the host of the long-running cult talk radio show, The Nibler Show on KPSU 1450 am, a community-based radio station in Portland, Oregon. The show featured an exaggerated version of Greg interacting with various characters and individuals.
