Gunn Olsen is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party

She was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Telemark
in 1997, and has been re-elected on two occasions. She had previously served as a deputy representative during the terms 1985–1989 and 1989–1993.
On the local level she was a member of Telemark county council from 1983 to 1999, serving as deputy county mayor in 1990–1991 and 1991–1995. She has chaired the county party chapter, and been a member of the Labour Party national board.
