Guy Anthony Grundy is an Australian bodybuilder and actor.
Born in Penrith, NSW, Australia, near Sydney, Grundy has placed first in the Mr. Australia championships twice and placed 2nd in the Mr. World competition twice: in 1999 and 2001. As a professional bodybuilder he was photographed regularly for major muscle and fitness magazines. He has also written articles for magazines such as MuscleMag. Since retiring from professional bodybuilding Grundy has appeared as an actor in films, advertisements and television shows.

Following his first major competition in 1991, Grundy competed virtually every year for the rest of the 1990s. He became the only person (to date) who has won both the titles of "Mr Australia" and "Mr Australasia" (IFBB

In 2002, Grundy's training in martial arts and preparation for the world bodybuilding championship title caused him to overtrain and badly damage his rotator cuff
. He lost the championship title by a single point and still believes that his required surgeries cost him the title. He retired from competition in the sport shortly afterwards.
He has worked as a trainer with bodybuilders Melissa Coates
, Dave Nelson (Mr. Los Angeles), Flip du Toit (Mr. South Africa), and Kal Savi (Mr. Ironman Amateur).
After retiring from professional bodybuilding, Grundy had a two-year period where he underwent three shoulder reconstructions (he tore the rotator cuff of the bone three times and tore his labrum three times). This was a tough period for Grundy as he became a father and for two years he was unable to train or lift weights.
Grundy has been focusing on acting since 2008 and has appeared in numerous national commercials for Foster's Beer, Verizon and AT&T. In 2009 he appeared in Spike TV's The Deadliest Warrior where he was cast as The Gladiator. He has also appeared in several films.
