Format

HD Nation begins with a brief rundown of each of the episode's segments. After an intro sequence and a list of sponsors, the hosts gave an introduction before moving on to the show's segments. The first segment was about news related to high definition content. The next segment listed new or notable high definition releases. High definition hardware was discussed in its own segment before the final segment where the hosts answer viewer questions.
