Haji Muhammed Aslam Khan Khichi 21st March 1955-6th December 2008 was a former member District Council, Former MPA from PP-193, Former Vice-President PPP Punjab, Former Senior Advisor on Inspection Team to CM Punjab, Chairman Shah Muhammed Group of Industries, Director Silver Star Cotton Industry.

. His Father Shah Muhammed Khan was Megistrate of Multan Division
. He completed his school education from Sadiq Public School, Bahawalpur and started his political career in 1977 when he was elected Member District Council Unopposed. Muhammed Aslam Khan remained Member District Council for two consecutive terms. He also emerged as one of the best agriculturists during the 1990s. He then joined Pakistan Peoples Party
on the request of Mohatarma Benazir Bhutto
in 1988.During the tenure of Nawaz Sharif
, Muhammed Aslam Khan was sent to jail as a Political Prisoner for 3 months. Muhammed Aslam Khan defeated Saeed Khan Manais in 1993 general elections, the then speaker of Punjab Assembly. This victory made him very popular in the politics of Pakistan and soon he became one of the closest person to Benazir Bhutto. He also went with Benazir Bhutto on UN General Assembly session held in Washington. He was the main person to overthrow the punjab government of Manzoor Ahmad Watoo. He was appointed as Senior Advisor to CM soon Mr. Arif Nakai took charge as CM of Punjab. Muhammed Aslam Khan remained a political figure in Vehari District although he left his national politics due to bad health. Muhammed Aslam Khan Khichi Died on 6th December 2008. Thousands of people attended his funeral including some National Leaders and Members of Parliament. After His Death, his younger brother Muhammed Akram Khan Khichi took charge of his politics.
