. The 151-room hotel is located at Kings Dock Mill in Liverpool. The hotel is also home to a fitness centre as well as one conference room. The hotel is within the same complex as a 188 apartments and 350 square metres of office space. Construction of the Kings Dock Mill building commenced in 2008 and was completed in early 2010, although the Hampton by Hilton hotel opened in late 2009.
