The series follows Colin Holliday running the caravan site, dealing with his guests, who he sees as a source of revenue and little else, and trying to outwit Mike Bryan, his arch enemy.
The first series has now ended. The BBC have now commissioned a new series of the show, with new characters and a competing caravan site with sea views.
