Haris Al-Maliki

Haris Al-Maliki (English: Royal Guards) were one of the best Iraqi teams of the 40s and 50s, winning seven Army Championship titles from 1949.

The team was formed by Obaid Abdullah Al-Mudhayifi in 1947, who headed the Royal Guards that protected the Iraqi monarchy.

The team was disbanded in 1957 after a defeat to rivals Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya
