Defensive Player of the Year in 1997. He later coached defense at Fair Lawn High School. Following this he worked as the Assistant Managing Director for the Parisi Speed School in New Jersey. In 2004 he was contracted to provide sprinting instruction for the Washington Redskins. He began coaching full-time for the Redskins in 2007.
