and to the four succeeding Congresses (March 4, 1923-March 3, 1933).
He was an unsuccessful candidate for renomination in 1932.
He resumed the furniture manufacturing business in Batesville, Indiana
, where he died February 9, 1945.
He was interred in the First Methodist Episcopal Cemetery.
