Both Lacettis were owned by Nigel Vaulkhard, and the Robertshaw team did not run them in 2009http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/72210. It later emerged that the original 2006 spec Lacettis had been sold, and the all-new team Tempus Sport
would be running 2008 spec WTCC (World Touring Car Championship) chassis, for Vaulkhard and another driver. No second car ever appeared.
Vaulkhard and the team's BTCC employees and facilities were transferred to a new team called Bamboo Engineering
