As of July 1, 2008, Adams has reportedly signed a two-year contract with the Toronto Raptors
after attending the team's free-agent camp.
On January 7, 2009, Adams was traded to the Los Angeles Clippers along with cash considerations for a future conditional second-round pick. He was quickly waived by the Clippers, and signed with KK Vojvodina
shortly after.
As of 2011, Adams is playing in the Philippine Basketball Association
