Hebe albicans is a species of plant in the Plantaginaceae
which is native to New Zealand
. It flowers from December to April and has small white flowers on flowerheads that are 3–6 cm (1.2–2.4 ) long. It has thick bluish-coloured leaves which are 1.5 centimetre long and 8 millimetre wide. It is found in the mountainous region around Nelson, New Zealand
, at an altitude of 1000–1400 m (3,280.8–4,593.2 ). A closely related species, Hebe amplexicaulis, is found in a similar habitat in Canterbury.
