Hechen District （合陈）is located on the east of Xinghua City in Taizhou, Jiangsu
. It is the combination of the Heta town（合塔镇） and the Shechen town（舍陈镇）. There are 27 administrative villages in Hechen District now: Sheng li, dong lian he, dong xiang yang, louzi, jin xian, feng chun, jie pai, po zhai, lu qian, zhu chen, zhu tian, li xiu, hong qi, jiu ligang, xu gang, gao gui, cheng zhang, he chen, wan shen, gui shan,fan xi, zhang ju, gan yang, deng qiao, zheng sun, ta gang, xing fu. There are also a neighborhood committee, 388 groups of farmers,nearly 16200 households, 60000 people and 27000 labors in the town.
