The 4-storey building at 125 Bond Street cost $10.61 million to build and was designed by Moffat Kinoshita Architects. It was completed in 2002 and is home to the Graphic Communications Management (GCM) program since September 2002.

The lower level contains various equipment used by GCM students, including printing presses, a bindery lab, a printing press simulation lab and an instrumentation lab.

The main floor contains offices, a mail area for students and a meeting room.

The second floor contains the only lecture hall in the building, which is primarily used by students of the Graphic Communications Management program. Also on the second floor is a student lounge used by third and fourth year students.

The third floor of the building contains two premedia Mac computer labs. Each lab is equipped with computers utilizing Mac OS X

 operating systems, as well as various computer programs such as Adobe Creative Suite 4 and Quark XPress. There are associated Input/Output (I/O) areas with scanners, proofing and offset computer-to-plate (CTP) equipment. A separate lab contains a small digital photography studio and additional equipment.
