Henry Champlin Lay

The Right Reverend Henry Champlin Lay (December 6, 1823 – September 17, 1885) was a bishop of the Episcopal Church in the United States of America.

He was consecrated as missionary bishop of the Southwest, with jurisdiction in "Arkansas, the Indian territory, Arizona and New Mexico" on October 23, 1859. He was translated to the Episcopal Diocese of Easton
