. It is about a story of Heungbu who was a poor but good man with many children.
Heungbuga depicted common peoples life, which has folksy atmosphere. Also Many audience prefer Heungbuga because it has a lot of humorous joke that audience. This full of joke Pansori called 'JaedamSori', in korean language, it means funny sound.
The most famous part is "cranky Nolbu".This part depicted nasty Nolbu jocularly with fast Jajinmori rhythm.
It is evaluated that the latter part of Heungbuga is not as good as the beginning part. The reason for this latter part was not enough revised by the singer of the Pansories. It shows the importance of Deoneum

Plot

Heungbuga is also called 'Bak taryung'(=gourd song). Poor but good-hearted younger brother Heungbu cared swallow's broken leg, and the swallow repaid Heungbu's kindness. The swallow brought gourd seed to Heungbu, so he planted the seeds. After that the gourd yield fruit, it brought Heungbu to the treasures. Upon hearing the story, The nasty and greedy Nolbu, Heungbu's older brother was jealous. He broke swallow's leg intentionally. After that Nolbu got gourd seed, However Nolbu got goblin from the gourd.
