Ingredients

Some of the ingredients included in hojuelas are:
  • All purpose flour
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Orange juice


These ingredients are mixed together to form a dough from which long, thin strips are then cut. Then they are deep-fried in oil until crisp.
