, Mazandaran. After finishing basic traditional education, he moved to Mashahd where he started working in a company founded by Sir Hakimzadeh Yazdi. In a short time, he was promoted to the post of internal manager of the company. Noshirvani then started his own business in the iron industry.

Noshirvani spent his wealth for the benefit of the public. He constructed bridges, hospitals, schools and universities in Iran. He also funded many students and invested a part of his wealth for the health care in Iranian villages.
