The Houston Power's mission is to conserve, improve and sustain the integrity of women’s sports through the following:
Team Collaboration, Team Dedication, Character Development, Personal Growth, Creating Lasting Relationships, Lifelong Experiences, and Respect.
The Difference in the Houston Power is simple: The Houston Power goes beyond the field. Meaning the core of the team is placed in its people. Their plan is to educate, model, and exercise sports to young girls and adult women. Also, they highlight those girls and women who go above and beyond, by way of offering scholarships, Girl's Day recognition, and Women’s Day recognition.
