Eddie Hui Ki-on, GBS
, CBE, QPM, CPM, was the last Commissioner of the Royal Hong Kong Police from 1994–97, and the first Commissioner of Hong Kong Police
from July 1, 1997 to January 1, 2001. Li Kwan Ha ran the force of crime fighters before him. He was the second Chinese to lead the force.
