This station has two tracks and two side platform

) underground station on the Flushing Line until the outbound terminal station (Flushing – Main Street station); the tunnel portal can be seen at the eastern end of the station. Just outside the tunnel portal is a diamond crossover linking the two tracks.
The fare control and station entrance are at the north end of the mezzanine
, which allows a crossover between directions. The west exit leads to the intersection of Hunters Point Avenue (49th Avenue) and 21st Street, while the east exit leads to the Long Island Rail Road
