Hüseyin Avni Aker Stadium is the home ground of the Turkish

. The stadium was built in 1951 with a capacity of 2,500 seats. After several renovations, the capacity was increased to 20750 in 2008. The stadium is named after Hüseyin Avni Aker, a teacher and regional administrator for education, who served during 1940–1944 in Trabzon
