was 900.7 people per square mile (346.8/km²). There were 697 housing units at an average density of 421.0/sq mi (162.1/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 98.99% White, 0.27% Asian, and 0.74% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.40% of the population.
There were 636 households out of which 27.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.2% were married couples
living together, 13.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.0% were non-families. 26.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.34 and the average family size was 2.80.
