Coaching career

Campbell managed Brechin City between 2005 and 2006, succeeding his brother Dick to whom he had been assistant. However his tenure proved unsuccessful and he was fired with the club bottom of their division. He is now the Forfar assistant manager, again number two to his twin brother.
