, Bah attended The Bo School
and made his football debut for Kakua Rangers of Bo
in the late 1980s. He was invited to join the national team
while still at Bo School and played his first game with the senior side in the Amílcar Cabral Cup
in Guinea-Bissau
in 1988.
He also played for Mighty Blackpool
, where, in 1988, they reached the quarter-finals of the CAF Champions League
and won the league twice. In 1989 he was awarded the Progress Award for being the country's "Best Midfielder".
A keen Ports Authority
fan, Bah realised his ambition to play for them in the 1990s, winning the league with them.
He had over 45 caps for the national team and captained the Leone Stars to victory in the Amílcar Cabral Cup in Mauritania
in 1995. He was voted by the organising committee of the Sierra Leone Football Association to be "Best Player for the 1995/96 Football Season".
In 1996, he participated in the prestigious 1996 African Cup of Nations
finals in South Africa.
Bah had a successful spell as a professional footballer in Sweden
and Belgium
. He was playing for Shepshed Dynamo in October 1998 and September 2000 whilst studying Sport Science.
In 2008 Bah, became a founder and trustee of the Mohamed Kallon Children's Foundation, a charity set up to help the underprivileged children of Sierra Leone. He is also the co-author of Mohamed Kallon's biography: Mohamed Kallon

He now lives in England
with his wife, Megan.
