in 1983 for FK Žalgiris Vilnius
. Igoris Pankratjevas coached many Lithuanian football teams and Lithuanian national U-21 team. 2010 season he was a coach of FK Žalgiris Vilnius. In the first season the team won the bronze medals. He was voted best coach of the year. But after the season, both sides in late 2010 decided not to renew the contract.
