Early life

After finishing school, Bessin studied the culinary arts, after which she trained to be a hotel manager. She then lost her job as a cook during the reunion of Germany after the Berlin Wall

 fell. Shortly after that, she found a job as a waitress in a disco and later became the chief clerk. In 1999, she completely changed her career and decided to become an organiser on a cruise liner. It was there that she invented her character "Cindy".

Career start

In 2004, she won the final season of the Pro7 show, Quatsch Comedy Club. With this win her career as a comedian and actress began. In 2009, she was set in the role of the landlady Ilka in the Sat.1
