It is a nearly abandoned railroad city. Its most notable feature is a series of strange buildings called Thunder Mountain. These structures were built as a monument to Native American culture by a World War II veteran who called himself Thunder.
The area's homes include ladders leading from its rooftops to nowhere and strange statues. In the surrounding desert you will find abandoned mining structures, rusted cars, an old caterpillar tractor, and coyote dens.
