On March 25, 2009, its board approved a buy back of up to $1 million worth of shares by the company, on top of approximately 335,000 shares which had previously been purchased. In August 2011 the company finalized its acquisition of U.S. photo-sharing company Smilebox, for the sum of $25 million.
