From 1996 to 2000 Indrek Erm worked in the Urbel&Peil OÜ architectural office. From 2000 to present he has worked in the Emil Urbel OÜ architectural bureau.
Most notable works by Indrek Erm are the residential area of Aaviku, the school of Rocca al Mare and the main office of Nordea
