International Technological University is not accredited by any recognized accreditation organization. The ACICS terminated ITU's accreditation in 2004. As of June 24, 2011, ITU is a Candidate for Accreditation by the Accrediting Commission for Senior Colleges and Universities of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges
